Purple Peppermint

My cousin/sidekick turns 21 today so naturally I gave her a care package containing 21 things/presents, one of them being a giant jar of peppermint meringues. I got the lovely recipe here, but I used purple food colouring instead of red because purple is her favourite colour. It’s the little details, man!
